Many real estate agents today are so focused on the negativity of today’s market, instead of going after the opportunities these conditions create. Some of the wealthiest people in real estate today started the process of investing all the way back in 2008 when things were rough. If we made the same moves and focused less on transactions, we’ll be massively successful in the next 10 years.

How did Ricky Carruth shift to an investing mindset when he was already doing so well as an agent? How do we become students of the marketplace and focus on the opportunity, no matter what’s going on?

In this episode, real estate broker, coach, investor and YouTuber, Ricky Carruth returns to talk about how to set yourself up for massive success when everyone’s running scared. We’re also joined by special guest Joseph Haj later on in the show!

You’ll also learn

  • The secret to unbiased market forecasting

  • How to win no matter what’s going to happen in the market

  • The quantum leap mentality

  • How to shift to an investor mindset

  • How to use a quiet market to lay the foundation for massive growth

For many real estate agents, the fear of prospecting comes from not knowing how to approach clients and exactly what to say. Agents find themselves balancing between finding the words and accurately reflecting the market conditions.

The reluctance to embrace scripts is common, but it’s the key to solving both these issues and having more ease in our conversations.

Can using scripts even out the playing field? How do scripts help us to talk to our clients in their language? In this episode, I talk about why scripts are valuable tools designed to guide conversations, and how to implement them effectively.

You’ll also learn;

  • The importance of tonality

  • How to take a softer approach

  • Prospecting products

In a competitive market, it's not just about doing more; it's about doing things strategically to stand out and rise above the rest. The lack of clear strategies may lead to a lack of engagement and hinder our path to maximum success.

In this episode, co-founder and CEO of brandRUSSO, brand strategist and public speaker Jaci Russo joins us to talk about how to get more strategic in our businesses, and how our core values and identity can serve as a powerful point of differentiation.
